Job summary

Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store are brands under CNG Holdings, Inc. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead customer service excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as a front-line brand ambassador in our Wisconsin stores.

You will supervise staff, handle cash operations, educate customers on product options, and escalate issues to store leadership when needed, while upholding our core values of accountability and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations, and corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications or other inquiries.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins, manage a cash drawer, and process deposits.
