Gather Federal Credit Union in Hawaii seeks a Financial Services Specialist to support complex account servicing under the Branch Manager. You will handle legal actions, IRA accounts, and online applications while assisting with member inquiries and compliance.

You will serve as a resource for other staff, process membership events, and help educate members about financial options and services available.

Competenze

• High school degree or GED required; higher education preferred per the role.
• Experience in financial services with teller or MSR background is expected.
• Familiarity with CIP, BSA/AML and regulatory compliance a plus.

Mansioni

• Handle complex account servicing tasks including processing legal actions and IRA accounts.
• Open and service business accounts and perform identity verification for online applications.
• Support member service staff and resolve member inquiries and issues.
• Promote products and cross-sell services to meet member needs.
• Assist with reporting, auditing, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
