HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Deposit Servicing Representative in Honolulu, HI. The role focuses on advanced deposit servicing across Share, Draft, Certificates, IRAs, and Trust Accounts, ensuring compliant, timely member service and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include escalation on complex issues, large-dollar review, and cross-functional collaboration for process improvements and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience handling exception items, legal processing, regulatory filings (tax, escheatment, levies)
• Knowledge of deposit servicing processes across savings, checking, CDs, IRAs, trusts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex member inquiries and multi-step servicing matters
• Review and approve large-dollar checks (> $5,000) for pay/return decisions
• Process chargebacks, returns, and maintain exception reporting logs
• Review ATM, ITM, and mobile deposits for accuracy and contact members for exceptions
• Coordinate cross-functional work on multi-touchpoint servicing matters and system implementations
