Job summary

Charles Schwab in Frisco, TX is seeking a Campus Recruitment Associate who will learn to educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices. You’ll answer inbound calls, take ownership of issues, and pursue licenses through the Schwab Service Academy (SSA).

Starting pay is $52,800 during training with a 10% annual bonus opportunity, and total compensation can reach about $60,280 in year one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university.
• Ability to work on-site full time during SSA, followed by a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.
• Answer inbound calls, take ownership of issues, and provide the best possible solutions.
• Attend Schwab Service Academy to obtain Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
