Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking candidates for a Regular, on-site role that trains through the Schwab Service Academy. You will educate clients on investment strategies, trading tools, and retirement planning while supporting clients via inbound calls and ownership of complex issues.

Starting compensation begins at $50,300 during training, with a 10% annual bonus potential and total compensation up to $57,530 after licensing and performance-based increases within the first year.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous client relationship experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.
• Answer inbound calls, take ownership, and tackle complex issues to offer the best possible solution.
• Attend Schwab Service Academy for paid training, study time, and support to obtain Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
