Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field from accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics and retirement choices.
• Engage with clients, answer inbound calls, own issues, and provide best solutions.
• Attend Schwab Service Academy for paid training and licensing (SIE, FINRA Series 7 & 63).
