Charles Schwab's service team educates clients on investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices. You’ll engage with clients on inbound calls, own issues, and strive for the best solution while pursuing licensing through the Schwab Service Academy.

Starting pay begins at $52,800 during training, with a 10% annual bonus opportunity and a potential total compensation of $60,280 in your first year after licensing and performance-based pay increases.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required.
• Willingness to learn about finance and securities industry.
• Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab’s training program (SSA), followed by a hybrid work schedule.
