Job summary

Charles Schwab in Dallas is hiring for an entry-level Campus role focused on client education and service. You'll learn to educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices while training through the Schwab Service Academy.

Starting pay is $52,800 during training, with a 10% annual bonus potential and a path to total compensation around $60,280 in year one after licensing and performance-based increases; many shifts and on-site to hybrid work

Qualifications

• Ability to work full time on-site during SSA, followed by a hybrid work schedule.
• Ability to work various shifts to serve clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability.
• Desire to learn about finance and be part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.
• Answer inbound calls, take ownership, and tackle complex issues to offer the best solution.
• Participate in Schwab Service Academy training and licensing process.
