Charles Schwab is seeking candidates for a client-facing role where you will educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement options. You will handle inbound calls, take ownership of issues, and work toward the best solutions while pursuing licensing through the Schwab Service Academy (SSA).

Starting pay begins at $51,400 during training, with a 10% annual bonus opportunity and potential to reach $58,740 in the first year after licensing and

Responsibilities

Attend Schwab Service Academy (SSA) for paid training and licensing (Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63).
Maintain commitment to servicing clients with a growth mindset and collaboration.
