Responsibilities

• Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.
• Answer inbound calls, take ownership, and resolve complex issues for clients.
• Participate in Schwab Service Academy to obtain required securities licenses.
• Provide excellent client service and advocate for clients in all interactions.
