Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks motivated individuals to join its service team, educating clients on investment strategies, tools, and retirement options. You will engage with clients on inbound calls, address complex issues, and provide top-tier service.

During the Schwab Service Academy, you’ll receive paid training, study time, and support to obtain Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses, advancing your career in finance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab’s training program (SSA).
• Ability to work various shifts to serve clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.
• Engage with clients as an advocate when answering inbound calls and tackling complex issues to offer the best solutions.
• Take ownership of your professional journey by participating in the Schwab Service Academy (SSA) and pursuing required licenses.
