Job summary

Charles Schwab is looking for candidates to join the service team, educating clients on investment strategies, trading tools, and retirement choices. You will answer inbound calls, own issues, and pursue licensing through the Schwab Service Academy (SSA) with paid training and study time.

Starting pay begins at $51,400 during training, with a 10% annual bonus opportunity and potential to reach $58,740 in the first year after licensing and performance increases.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university.
Willingness to learn about finance and services.

Responsibilities

Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.
Engage with clients during inbound calls, take ownership, and resolve complex issues.
Attend Schwab Service Academy training to obtain securities licenses.
Support clients with accurate information and responsive service.
