Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Outbound calls for collections, tax services, and new business generation in a high-volume environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts, secure payments, and set payment arrangements.
• Contact borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell financial products.
• Prepare tax returns, gather documents, and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loans, tax prep, payments, and inquiries.
• Process payments and update accounts; document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records and issue denial letters or tax documents as needed.
