Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and secure payments; set payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and inquiries.
• Process payments, account updates, and document updates in company systems.
• Handle cash and balance cash; perform required bank runs.
