World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to grow loan sales and manage past-due accounts at our Rockford, IL location. You will assist customers with tax services and meet financial needs through day-to-day branch operations.

The role requires daily outbound calling, high-volume collections, and in-person customer interactions, with opportunities for performance-based earnings and advancement within the branch network.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound customer outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities for additional financial products and services.
• Prepare individual tax returns, gather and review required documentation, and assist customers with tax-related questions.
