World Finance Corporation of Illinois is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services and financial needs. You will perform daily outbound calls and meet with customers in person to close loans.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, applications follow-up, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions in compliance with policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, update accounts, and document activity in company systems.
