World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Champaign, IL to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax preparation and financial needs. The role requires daily outbound calls, in-person customer interactions, and achieving sales and collection targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and upsell financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions per policy.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, updates, and tax documents; document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records, including tax documentation and credit letters.
• Handle cash and balance deposits; complete bank runs as required.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training and meet performance expectations in sales, collections, tax prep, and account management.
