Responsabilités

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound customer outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities for additional products.
• Process payments, update accounts, and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records including tax documentation.
