Job summary

North Star Community Credit Union in Maddock, ND is seeking a dedicated Financial Services Officer to deliver exceptional service, help members with deposits and loan needs, and build lasting relationships within the community.

You will open and maintain member accounts, educate customers on products, guide loan applications, and support branch operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every member.

Build Meaningful Relationships

Become a trusted resource for members throughout the Maddock community.

You'll:

• Deliver exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through digital channels
• Build strong, long-term relationships with members

Help Members Reach Their Goals

Provide financial solutions that help members move forward with confidence.

You'll:

• Open and maintain member accounts
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Educate members on products and services available to them
• Recommend solutions that support their financial needs and goals

You'll:

• Assist with personal and auto loans
• Guide members through the loan application process
• Provide clear communication from application through funding
• Help members understand available lending options

Support Branch Success

Help ensure smooth and efficient branch operations.

You'll:

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Maintain a secure and professional environment
• Support overall branch operations and team initiatives
