North Star Community Credit Union in Minot, ND seeks a Consumer Lending Manager to lead our lending team, guide underwriting, and drive member-focused results.

You will oversee lending operations, monitor performance and risk, improve processes, and partner with senior leadership on strategy to promote growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consumer lending or financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, credit analysis, and lending regulations.
• Leadership and team development experience.
• Experience with lending technology and loan origination systems.
• Credit union or community banking experience preferred.
