Job summary

North Star Community Credit Union in Maddock, ND is seeking a dedicated Financial Services Officer to deliver exceptional service, help members with deposits and loan needs, and build lasting relationships within the community.

You will open and maintain member accounts, educate customers on products, guide loan applications, and support branch operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every member.

Qualifications

Customer service experience in retail, banking, or credit unions is preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and records.

Responsibilities

Build trusted, long-term relationships with Maddock community members.
Open and maintain member accounts and educate them on products and services.
Assist with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and loan applications.
Guide members through the lending process and explain available options.
Process transactions accurately while following policies and compliance requirements.
