CCF Family of Brands is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the Rapid Cash location in Portland, OR. You will assist customers with transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and payments while delivering a positive in-store experience.

You will receive hands-on training and development in a high-performance setting, with opportunities to advance across the brand network. This is a full-time in-person role with weekend availability and a focus on community engagement.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.

• Interact with customers and build lasting relationships.
