Qualifications

• Ability to work full time on-site during SSA training, with later hybrid schedule.
• Willingness to work various shifts including overnight and weekends.
• Strong customer service orientation and client engagement.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.
• Answer inbound calls and resolve complex issues with ownership.
• Attend Schwab Service Academy and pursue required licenses (SIE, Series 7 & 63).
• Collaborate with a team to deliver world-class client service.
