Job summary

Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring a Financial Services - Accounts Receivable Associate to support our finance team at the Corporate Headquarters in Wisconsin. You will manage portfolios, communicate with customers, and help improve collection performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
