Job summary

Uline Inc. in Waukegan, IL is hiring a Financial Services - Accounts Receivable Associate to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and resolve past-due balances. You will document activity, support cross-functional teams, and strive to minimize bad debt while delivering excellent service.

Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 1+ year in AR or collections, and proficiency with Word and Excel. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
