Job summary

Uline is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate in Waukegan, IL to join our finance team on a part-time basis (15–20 hours per week). You will engage with customers by phone and email to identify account issues and resolve past-due balances.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred) and 1+ years in AR, collections, or customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; Word and Excel skills are beneficial, with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
