Job summary

Uline is seeking a Financial Services - Accounts Receivable Associate to support our Pleasant Prairie headquarters. You will manage an assigned portfolio, build relationships via phone and email, and help resolve past-due balances with customers.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and 1+ years in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service. English/Spanish bilinguals are a plus; proficiency in Word and Excel with a customer‑focused, solution oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
