Uline is seeking a Financial Operations / Cash Applications Specialist to join the Finance team and ensure accurate processing of payments and account reconciliation.

The role emphasizes precise data handling, communication, and collaboration with partners to maintain financial integrity across North America.

Eligible candidates will have strong Excel skills and experience in accounts receivable, with a focus on reliability and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
