Uline is hiring a Financial Services - Accounts Receivable Associate to help support our success! Based at our Lake Forest area site, you will manage customer accounts, collect past-due balances, and collaborate with teams across Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales.

This role offers growth potential, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
