Job summary

Uline is seeking a Financial Operations / Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team at the Pleasant Prairie, WI location. You will ensure accurate processing of customer payments and maintain account accuracy for our North American operations.

Responsibilities include processing checks, electronic payments, and card transactions, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining detailed department reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
