Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union in Utah is seeking a Financial Service Representative to serve our members with currency transactions, new accounts and loan needs. This full-time, on-site role offers a guaranteed base wage, an annual bonus, and a generous incentive schedule.

You will help members by phone and in person, build long-term relationships, and ensure compliance with regulations while pursuing ongoing career development in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience preferred.
• Strong ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Timely and meticulous verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Assist members by phone while business is being developed.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• 1554 West Pleasant Grove Boulevard, Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062


• Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM


• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive


• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.


• Complete teller transactions.


• Process consumer loan applications.


• Assist members by phone while business is being developed.


• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.


• Comply with all regulations as required by law.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required


• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred
