Goldenwest Credit Union currently seeks a part-time Financial Service Representative to support members with currency transactions, open new accounts, and assist with consumer loan needs at our Eden, UT location. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred, and a positive, energetic attitude for building long-term member relationships.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• Monday through Friday 1:00 PM – 6:15 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive
• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Assist members by phone while business is being developed.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred
