Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union in Idaho presents an opening for a Financial Service Representative. The role focuses on currency transactions, opening accounts and helping members with consumer loan needs.

You will complete teller transactions and process loan applications while delivering friendly, compliant service. This full-time position in Idaho offers a base wage of $19.00 per hour plus bonus and incentives, with a schedule Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and a focus on building long-term member

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with currency transactions.
• Open new accounts and address consumer loan needs.
• Complete teller transactions and process loan applications.
• Advise members by phone and pair credit union products with needs.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and participate in ongoing training.
• Grow relationships through quality service.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• $19.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive
• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Assist members by phone while business is being developed.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred
