Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union in Utah and Idaho is hiring Financial Service Representatives to assist members with currency transactions, open new accounts, and handle consumer loan needs. The role requires a high school diploma and prior retail or lending experience is preferred.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 6:15 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive
• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Assist members by phone while business is being developed.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred
