Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union in Utah is seeking a Financial Service Representative to assist members with currency transactions, new accounts, and consumer loan needs. You will work to build long-term trust by delivering exceptional service and cross-selling related financial products.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred. Hours are Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays, offering a base wage of $15.00 per hour plus bonus and

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• Hours are Monday through Friday 12:00 AM – 6:15 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive
• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Assist members by phone while business is being developed.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred
