The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with occasional evenings or weekends. The base hourly range is $15.50–$22.00, with benefits from day one and opportunities for growth within Attain Finance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and guide customers through the loan process.
• Use consultative sales techniques to educate customers on products.
• Engage inbound and proactive outbound calls to attract new business.
• Support delinquency management and collaborate on resolutions.
• Participate in hands-on training with mentorship to grow skills.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies.
