Requirements include 5+ years in public accounting or SEC reporting, a Master’s degree or CPA, and strong Excel skills. Banking experience and deadline-driven reliability are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’public accounting or SEC reporting experience.
• Master’s degree or CPA credentials required.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead preparation of external financial reporting, including earnings releases and SEC filings.
• Prepare regulatory reporting and required footnote disclosures for GAAP compliance.
• Maintain effective internal controls and SOX documentation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, Investor Relations, and external auditors.
