Job summary

Nscale seeks a Manager, External Reporting to join our finance team in New York. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant US GAAP and SEC reporting, preparing external financial statements, regulatory filings, and disclosures while partnering with FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, Tax, Internal Audit and external auditors.

You will leverage SEC expertise, attention to detail, and strong communication to support debt instruments, financing arrangements and internal control frameworks,

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with strong external financial reporting experience.
Proven ability to prepare and review statements under US GAAP and SEC rules.
Experience liaising with external auditors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing, reviewing and filing quarterly and annual financial statements.
Prepare SEC filings (10-K/10-Q, 8-K) with footnotes and MD&A disclosures.
Contribute to earnings releases, proxy statements, and registration statements.
Ensure reporting complies with SEC regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with Legal, Tax, FP&A and Corporate Accounting on disclosures.
Support internal controls design and SOX-related processes.
