Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead external financial reporting, including earnings releases and SEC filings. You will ensure GAAP compliance, prepare footnote disclosures, and maintain SOX controls while supporting acquisitions and working with leadership, Investor Relations, and auditors.

The role requires strong Excel skills and 5+ years in public accounting or SEC reporting, with traditional office hours in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ public accounting experience and/or SEC reporting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement disclosure requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, accuracy, and timeliness of external financial reporting, including earnings releases, SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K), and regulatory reporting (FR Y-6, FR Y-9, FR Y-10).
• Prepare required footnote disclosures and schedules, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Maintain effective internal controls and documentation for SOX compliance.
• Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions and integration activities; partner with senior leadership, Investor Relations, and external auditors.
