Job summary

Nscale seeks a Manager, External Reporting to lead the external reporting team in producing accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations. You will partner with FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, Tax, Internal Audit and external auditors to ensure high-quality disclosures and regulatory filings.

The role requires SEC reporting expertise, strong project management, and clear communication in a fast-paced, publicly traded or pre-IPO environment.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA) with external reporting focus.
• 5+ years in accounting and reporting, esp. US GAAP and SEC.
• Experience preparing/reviewing financial statements per PCAOB/SEC rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and file quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures.
• Prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) including footnotes and MD&A.
• Contribute to earnings releases, proxy statements, and registration statements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Tax, FP&A and Internal Audit on disclosures and issues.
