Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking an experienced Financial & Regulatory Reporting Manager to oversee key regulatory and external reporting activities. You will collaborate with senior Finance leadership on bank regulatory filings, SEC disclosures, and capital calculations to ensure accurate, compliant reporting.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting and financial reporting, with 5+ years in bank regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in accounting and financial reporting; 5+ years in bank regulatory reporting preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Call Reports, holding company reporting, regulatory capital, and related filings.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and banking regulations.
• Experience preparing or reviewing 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and related disclosures.
• Familiarity with SOX/internal controls, XBRL, and financial reporting systems.
• Banking or broader financial services experience preferred.
• CPA is preferred.
• Prior management or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong technical accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate with auditors/regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual bank regulatory filings.
• Oversee reporting requirements for the bank and its holding company.
• Prepare and review SEC filings, including quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures.
• Support regulatory capital calculations and reporting.
• Research complex U.S. GAAP and technical accounting matters.
• Monitor and implement new accounting and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Prepare technical accounting memos and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Maintain controls over financial and regulatory reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
