Job summary

NBH Bank in Dallas, TX or Kansas City, MO seeks a Financial Reporting Manager to oversee external reporting, SEC filings, and regulatory disclosures. This role partners with senior leadership, Investor Relations, and external audit teams to deliver accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S.

GAAP and SEC requirements. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in public accounting or SEC reporting, a Master’s degree or CPA, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience.
• Master’s degree OR CPA.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement disclosure requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead external financial reporting, including earnings releases and SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Handle regulatory reporting (FR Y-6, FR Y-9, FR Y-10) and footnote disclosures.
• Maintain SOX controls documentation and ensure internal control effectiveness.
• Support acquisitions and integration activities with leadership and external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, BSA/OFAC, and evolving accounting pronouncements.
