Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the preparation and accuracy of external financial reporting, including earnings releases, SEC filings, and regulatory reporting. The role ensures U.S.

GAAP compliance and robust internal controls, supporting acquisitions and collaboration with senior leadership and external auditors. The position requires 5+ years in public accounting or SEC reporting, a Master’s degree or CPA, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting experience and/or SEC reporting experience.
• Master’s degree OR CPA certification.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement disclosure requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, accuracy, and timeliness of external financial reporting (earnings releases, SEC filings).
• Prepare footnote disclosures and schedules; ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Maintain internal controls and documentation for SOX compliance.
• Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions and integration activities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, Investor Relations, and external auditors to deliver high-quality financial statements and disclosures.
