Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS), headquartered in Austin, TX, seeks an Assistant Controller – Financial Reporting & Controls to lead regional accounting, close, and compliance activities across North America. You will mentor teams, coordinate audits, and ensure US GAAP compliance while driving process improvements in ERP and consolidation with OneStream. CPA/CMA preferred and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, close, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting across North America entities.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and reserves; consolidate regional data.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and strengthen control environment.
• Mentor regional accounting teams and drive process improvements in ERP and consolidation.
