Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS), headquartered in Austin, TX, seeks a North America Regional Controller to lead accounting, reporting, internal controls across U.S. and Canadian operations.

You will drive close processes, ensure GAAP compliance, and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A and shared services. The ideal candidate has 12–15 years in accounting, 5+ in leadership within manufacturing, ERP experience (Oracle preferred), and a proven track record of process improvement and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
• 12–15 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as Controller, Assistant Controller, or Regional Controller.
• Experience in large, multi-site manufacturing; public accounting experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, audit, and manufacturing accounting.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for North America.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS, and company policies.
• Oversee consolidation and financial reporting across multi-plant operations.
• Coordinate external audits and manage auditor relationships.
• Establish and strengthen regional internal control environment.
• Lead internal audit activities, balance sheet reviews, and remediation.
• Develop and coach regional accounting teams and foster accountability.
• Drive ERP optimization and finance transformation initiatives.
