Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking a North America Regional Controller to oversee accounting, reporting, internal controls, and compliance for U.S. and Canadian operations. You will lead a regional accounting team, partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and FP&A, and drive process improvements across a multi-plant environment.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance, you will ensure timely closes, accurate financial statements, and effective risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 5+ years in a senior accounting leadership role such as Controller, Assistant Controller, or Regional Controller.
• Experience in a large, multi-site manufacturing environment; public accounting a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, audit, and manufacturing accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for North America.
• Oversee consolidation and financial reporting across multi-plant/multi-entity operations.
• Establish and strengthen regional internal control environment; manage audits and remediation.
• Lead regional accounting teams and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, and shared services.
