Flynn’s Tire is seeking an Accounting Support Specialist to join our Corporate Office team. The role supports daily financial transactions, processes AP/AR, and reconciles accounts to help keep records precise and timely.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience, an Associate’s degree in a related field, and strong Excel skills. Join us to contribute to audits, month-end close, and accurate financial operations.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience).
• 1 to 3 years of general bookkeeping, AP/AR, or administrative accounting support experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting platforms (Dynamics GP knowledge a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Accounts Payable (AP): Review, code, and process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and manage weekly check runs.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate customer billing, post incoming payments (ACH, checks, wire transfers), and track open balances.
• Reconciliations: Perform daily cash postings and reconcile bank statements or vendor accounts.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve billing, payment, or vendor statement issues.
• Administrative Support: Assist with month-end closing activities, maintain physical and digital records, and help prepare for audits.
