Flynn’s Tire Corporate Office seeks an Accounting Support Specialist to join our finance team in Pennsylvania. You will handle daily financial transactions, AP/AR processing, and reconciliations to keep records accurate.

If you are detail-oriented and organized, this role also supports month-end closings and audits in a collaborative environment. You will use Excel and Dynamics GP skills, with 1–3 years of bookkeeping experience and a related degree preferred.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience).
• 1 to 3 years of general bookkeeping, AP/AR, or administrative accounting support experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Dynamics GP knowledge a plus.
• High attention to detail, good time management, and clear verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Accounts Payable: Review, code, and process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and manage weekly check runs.
• Accounts Receivable: Generate customer billing, post incoming payments, and track open balances.
• Reconciliations: Perform daily cash postings and reconcile bank statements or vendor accounts.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve billing, payment, or vendor statement issues.
• Administrative Support: Assist with month-end closing activities, maintain records, and help audits.
