Job summary

Brink's, Incorporated is seeking a Business Development Manager - CFI to drive revenue growth and retention across hundreds of regional banks and credit unions in North America. You will own forecasting, client relationships, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize revenue within a large territory.

The role emphasizes inside sales with limited travel, targets include quarterly growth, and you will work with legal, marketing, product development and operations to hit revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience with financial institutions preferred.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and managing a portfolio.
• Experience using Salesforce and BI dashboards to manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow and retain a $10-15M+ revenue portfolio.
• Develop and implement a sales activity plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives and goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and tailor solutions.
• Develop and manage sales forecasts, grow the sales pipeline, and support campaigns.
• Follow sales processes and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize time and hit targets.
• Act as the client ambassador and escalation point for the book of business.
• Minimal travel expected; travel may include conferences and events.
