You will drive retention and growth while overseeing account opening, maintenance, and related processes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in business development or operations within financial services, with strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years in business development, client services, administrative or operations role in financial services.

Responsabilités

• Open CDs and new accounts in bank network with accuracy.
• Process FI paperwork with care.
• Gather product info and rates from FIs daily.
• Retain and expand existing FI relationships.
• Manage account opening, closing, and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate and streamline office administration.
• Attend weekly meetings with developers and provide feedback.
